About Us
We cultivate Golden Oyster, Lion's Mane, and Pink, Blue & Italian Oyster mushrooms. Our mushrooms are prized for their texture and flavor. Add them to pastas and sautés, or enjoy them as a delicious meat alternative.

Lion's Mane
Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a distinctive white, shaggy mushroom known for its unique appearance and delicious flavor. Its mild, seafood-like taste makes it a favorite in the kitchen.
Simple Lion's Mane sauté: Tear the mushroom into bite-sized pieces, heat a pan with a little butter or oil, and sauté until golden brown. Add garlic, a splash of soy sauce, and fresh herbs to taste.
